Your booking contract is with Villarentersturkey, a trading name of All Aspects Property Support services.

When you make a booking via our website you warrant that you are over 18 years old and acting on behalf of all persons in your party with their full knowledge and agreement and you and all persons in your party agree to our terms and conditions contained in this booking contract.

This booking will be made exclusively for the number of persons named on the booking form and any extra persons must be notified and paid for (if applicable) before arrival date.
The price shown on our website and the dates available for your chosen accommodation are as accurate as possible, but can not be relied upon until we have confirmed both the dates and the prices by e-mail.

You must pay a deposit of 25% within 7days of our confirmation (payment details will be supplied when we confirm your booking), and the balance must be paid, in full, at least 8 weeks before you travel.

For bookings less than 8 weeks before you travel the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

You must also pay a damage deposit of £200:00 per booking with your final payment which will be returned to you within 28 days of your departure if no damage has occurred at your accommodation during your stay.

In the event of any damage, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable amounts from your deposit to cover the damage.

Payment for Airport transfers, welcome packs, day trips, and car hire etc. must be paid locally after arrival.

If you change your booking after we have confirmed your booking, by e-mail, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it may not always be possible and will incur an administration charge.

In the event we cannot accommodate your request and you decide to cancel your booking, we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charge:-

Up to 8 weeks before departure - deposit.
Less than 8 weeks to 5 weeks before 50% of your booking total.
Less than 5 weeks to 0 weeks before departure 100% of your booking.
In the unlikely event we need to change your booking, for any circumstances beyond our control we will endeavour to find you accommodation of equal or higher quality.
If we cannot find you alternative accommodation that is acceptable to you, we will refund, in full all monies received by us from you.

*Important Notice *
We strongly recommend that you take a fully comprehensive travel insurance policy covering all members in your party as soon as you have received confirmation of your booking from us.

If you have any special requests, please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate you request, but this will not form part of our contracted obligation and is provide only as a courtesy service.

You are expected to behave with consideration for both other people and property at all times during your stay and if the opinion of ourselves or anybody in authority (I.e. site manager, police etc.) you are or appear to be behaving in such a way as to cause danger, distress, annoyance or damage to persons or property, we will terminate your holiday arrangement with immediate effect, with no refund.
