Description of Koca Calis Villa
Rainbow villa is situated in the semi rural area of Koca Calis, just outside the ever popular resort of Calis (pronounced ‘’Chalish‘’), which is near Fethiye, on the S.E. Mediterranean coast and is just 5mins walk from the nearest beach & bars/restaurants, or a 10min bus ride or 5min drive/taxi to Calis centre or a 30min bus ride or 15min drive/taxi to the main town of Fethiye.
The villa is one of only 5 individual private villas on a short no through lane so is very safe and quiet. It has beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding pine clad hills & sits in it’s own well kept 600m2 private garden which also boasts a very large private pool & plenty of space for outside dining and relaxing. There is also a public children’s play park just outside the villa.

Rainbow villa has 4 bedrooms, (all air conditioned) 3 on the first floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom & one on the top floor which has an en-suite shower room. The villa will sleep up to 10 including the double bed settee in the living room area of the open plan self contained studio flat on the top floor which also has a T.V with D.V.D player & a small kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, toaster & kettle. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall leading to the downstairs toilet/shower room, living room with T.V. + satellite receiver (sorry not \'\'sky\'\') & D.V.D. player and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & fridge-freezer. There is also wireless internet available at the villa.

The pool is normally maintained May 1st. to October 31st. but could be made available outside these dates if required - please contact us.
Prices are based on 1-6 persons sharing, please add £30.00per person per week for each additional person up to 10 (max.).
Prices are also based on the villa being ‘’self catering’’ - a ‘’maid service’’ is available @ £20.00 per day if required.
Other extras available include pay as you go mobile phone hire, cot hire, highchair hire, welcome pack tailored to suit your requirements, birthday/anniversary cakes, flowers etc. & airport transfers/daytrips - please ask for further details or if you have a specific requirement not listed.
A non refundable booking deposit of £400.00 is payable at the time of booking and the balance + a refundable damages deposit of £200.00 is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, if the booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival the total amount + the damages deposit is payable at the time of booking. |
